Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - 1 Position
A successful applicant will join a small maintenance team reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending breakdowns, getting equipment up and running in shortest time possible to correct safety and quality standards.
- Carrying out remedial work after production to ensure faults do not reoccur.
- Identifying and carrying out improvements to equipment to improve quality and or efficiency.

Quality Engineer
A successful applicant will join a small team reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with new model and production support teams
- Make instant decisions with regards to containment of stock in plant and at customer
- Investigate route cause of customer concerns
Die Maintenance Engineer (Toolmaker)
A successful applicant will join a small team reporting directly to the Toolroom Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and repair of press tooling (transfer, progression)
- Try out of new press tools
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
Die Maintenance Associate
A successful applicant will join a small team supporting Die Maintenance operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Movement of press tooling to and from die maintenance to the press shop
- Basic TPM procedures on tools
- Assisting production teams to achieve targets by assisting with tooling problems in press
Forklift Associate
A successful applicant will report directly to the Logistics Team Leader
Accountabilities include:
- Despatching goods to the Customer
- Unloading and loading lorries
- Moving stock within tight deadlines
Production Associate
These positions are in the Assembly department utilising TEM's advanced robotic welding equipment to manufacture quality components.
Responsibilities include:
- To load and unload press components on a robotic line – automatic weld machine.
- To complete hourly targets set by team-leader in order to achieve customer requirement.
- To conduct quality checks as described on assembly checklist and the logging of details for audit purposes.
